Refund policy

At NEXUS Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your solid wood furniture purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at nexus@nexus-store.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. For damaged or defective items, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Custom-made or bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
