Shipping policy

NEXUS Store delivers quality solid wood furniture across the United Kingdom and selected European destinations. Standard UK delivery is free of charge and typically takes 3–7 working days. Express delivery is available for an additional charge and is delivered within 1–2 working days. European deliveries are despatched within 5–10 working days, subject to customs clearance. All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been despatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. For large or heavy items, a two-person delivery service is available upon request.
