By placing an order with NEXUS Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All products are sold subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. NEXUS Store reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice; however, the price at the time of order will be honoured. Orders are considered accepted only upon receipt of our confirmation email. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. All images on our website are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour and grain pattern are natural characteristics of solid wood. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
